The owners, Simon and Lynn Clarke are both from Bath originally, but have been living in Los Angeles for the past twelve years. Simon, who was an actor and can still be seen on both screens from time to time, gains his experience from managing two of the most famous restaurants in L.A. - L'Orangie and La Cachette. Both of these restaurants have won just about every award possible for their famous French cuisine.

Simon believes he can bring the same high quality to Bath - without the price tag.

Simon & Lynn decided to return to Bath when their two- year old son was diagnosed with cancer. They are also the proud parents of three stunning daughters.
